EXTENSION ON PROMOTION

If you have been keeping track of my work the past several months you've probably noticed that the focus has been mainly on Lifestyle Newborn and Family Sessions with a bit of maternity, boudoir, as well as female seniors here and there. My passion for photographing maternity is deep if you've chatted with me about it you know this because I probably cried a little in my explanation as to why I feel like capturing these moments before your baby's birth is so extremely important. In an effort to bring more beautiful and timeless maternity sessions to Court Kerr Photography I'm throwing out a little incentive for y'all :)

If you book a Lifestyle Maternity or Boudoir Maternity Session to be used within 7 months of the promotion deadline which is July 31, 2014 September 30, 2014 you will receive your Lifestyle Newborn Session with the session fee waived. The Lifestyle Maternity Session comes with session prep, 1.5 hour session, a personal online viewing gallery, and a $50 print credit. The Boudoir Maternity Session includes session prep consultation, a hair and make-up artist, 2 hour session, a personal online viewing gallery, a custom 8"x8" album, as well as the personal print rights to all edited photographs.

I promise that whichever you chose you will not regret having these portraits made and your sweet baby will cherish them for decades to come :)

Spring Mini Sessions | Greenville, NC | North Carolina Childrens Photographer

Winter is close to being over and the sun is going to stick around a bit longer for us each day!!!!! Yay for any season of the year, but the one that causes seasonal depression ;)

I have set aside March 23rd in Greenville, NC for Spring Mini's and spots are super limited. The sessions run 15 minutes in length and come with the personal print rights for up to 5 edited photographs as well as a custom Facebook timeline cover. These sessions are not meant for newborns, kiddos that have just gotten ahold of their feet (a.k.a. runners), engagement photos, or bridal portraits. If you have more than 2 children or feel like your child would need more time I suggest booking two to three slots. These sessions are scheduled to take place outdoors, but an indoor location has been reserved in the event of rain. Again, spots are very limited and this will be the last mini session offered until the fall. Must be paid for in full since they are "first come, first serve" and gift certificates are available upon request.

A Couple of Snow Days with my Nieces | Personal Work | North Carolina Portrait Photographer

On a snow day you get excited to sit in your pj's by the fireplace, eat comfort food all day, maybe go out in the white stuff for a couple of minutes, and watch all of your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu ... right? Well, not my nieces. They expect a photoshoot. Fo' reals. These were obviously two separate snow storms because the oldest has blonde hair in some of them and is a brunette in others. I love these girls, but I don't have the time to let them change hair color and photograph them again in the same day :P

Can you tell that these girls have had a lot of time in front of the camera? They seriously do whatever I tell them to and most of the time don't need any direction at all. It's like they practice for these days or something ;)

Hopefully we won't have anymore snow shoots this winter, so y'all enjoy these and keep your eyes peeled for some lovely spring portraits!

Ashley's Growing Belly Collection | 14 Weeks | North Carolina Maternity Photographer

Guess who's pregnant??!!?!?!?!?!!!

My BFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!!! Ash is 14 weeks along with her new little baby and I am so excited! This little guy or gal is about the size of a lemon right now and has doubled in weight just since last week! He or she may even be sucking it's thumb in this stage of it's developmental process .. cute, right??!?!!? Ashley's Growing Belly Collection will have the fruit and vegetable theme throughout the whole series. This theme made complete sense for her because she has become quite the farmer and chef :) She also loves supporting local farmers and eateries and will talk you up to everyone she meets if she enjoys your product!!

We are also going to have her little girl involved in this series so we can watch how much she grows during her 2nd year! So, y'all keep an eye out for these two ladies every couple of weeks on the blog :)

Maternity Model Call | North Carolina Maternity Photographer

We're looking for some lovely ladies that are 7 to 8 months into their pregnancy to model for some maternity sessions this summer!!! Planning on selecting 2-3 women (as well as their families) per month to participate. You must be comfortable in front of the camera and be willing to sign a model release. Participants will receive a 15% discount on products as well as the printing rights to your session. Each session will be styled by the photographer and will take place in or east of the triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill).

Baby C's 6 Month Session | Fine Art Photography | North Carolina

Y'all may remember this little lady's 3 month session with just her and her gorgeous mama ... well, this time Dad was able to hop in for her 6 month session :) Can you believe how much she has grown in just a shot amount of time??!!?!??!!

Its been so great to get to know this new family and be able to capture some memories for them! They are about to start a new adventure in their lives and I wish them nothing but happiness and love!!!!! And if they ever come back to visit their alma mater they'd better let me know ;)
